    How long is my plan valid?
    • If you’re using Clear Choice, then your plan is valid for 180 days from the date of your last activity on your account (call, SMS, or Voice Credit purchase). After the 180 days, the Clear Choice plan automatically converts to Simple Calls. The rate plan fee and rates for Simple Calls will apply starting with the date of conversion.
    • If you’re using Simple Calls or Top Value, then your plan is active until you decide to change it or close your account.
